When you make a donation to PraySalat, your contribution is immediately allocated toward the ongoing development, maintenance, and improvement of our platform. This includes server costs, development resources, feature enhancements, and ensuring reliable prayer times for Muslims around the world.

General Refund Terms

As your donation directly supports active development and operational costs, we generally cannot offer refunds once a donation has been processed. We sincerely ask for your understanding in this matter, as the funds are committed to serving the community immediately upon receipt.

When you complete a donation, you are making a voluntary contribution to support our mission of providing accurate prayer times and mosque information to Muslims globally. We encourage you to carefully consider your donation amount before completing the transaction.

Exceptions - Technical Issues

We recognize that technical issues can sometimes occur during the payment process. If you experience any of the following genuine technical problems, we will gladly review your refund request:

Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same donation due to a technical error on our payment system.

Incorrect Amount Processed: If the amount charged was different from what you intended to donate due to a system malfunction.

Payment Processing Errors: If your payment was processed but you did not receive a confirmation, or if there was a clear error in the transaction flow.

Unauthorized Transactions: If you notice a charge that you did not authorize or initiate.

How to Request a Refund for Technical Issues

If you believe you have experienced a legitimate technical issue with your donation, please contact us as soon as possible with the following information:

• Your full name and email address used for the donation
• Transaction date and receipt number
• A detailed description of the technical issue you encountered
• Any relevant screenshots or documentation

Please send your refund request to support@praysalat.com with the subject line "Refund Request - Technical Issue".

We will carefully review each request within 5-7 business days and respond to you promptly. If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10-14 business days.

Recurring Donations

For monthly recurring donations, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your recurring donation management page. Once cancelled, you will not be charged for future months. However, donations already processed cannot be refunded unless there is a valid technical issue as described above.
